I went to Dave for advise on gaining weight in a healthy manner. He told me two things to begin using MyFitnessPal app to track my calories and record the food I eat.nnThe other thing Dave suggested was working with him for 6-8 weeks one day a week and he would build a work out plan for me. I agreed to both. He listens, asks questions, and provides good feedback based on what a person tells him.nnAnd when Dave does a workout program he bases it on the exercises or adjusts them according to what he sees someone records in the My FitnessPal app. Dave's advise is great and the workout he provides has been very beneficial to me and can be for you too if you give him a try.

Best, HIIT workout I’ve done. Dave, Grace and Mollie are all amazing to work with. I highly recommend the full body scan to see your progress. Great people, great equipment, and a small, fun environment!

Please don't start a recurring membership with this gym. They will not cancel your account and will continue taking money out even after you give advance notice for cancellation. After leaving several emails, voice messages and texts, no response from the owner. I stopped by this gym yesterday, and Grace was kind enough to try to fix this problem, but to no avail. So frustrating!!nUPDATE 2/24/19nThree days I posted this review, the owner contacted me and refunded my payment. I am changing my rating because of this.
