Great place to workout! The trainers are always there to correct you in form if needed. It’s such an encouraging place to go! Please give it a try! You won’t regret it!

The workouts here are really amazing, the trainers really help you with your workouts. This is the only gym I have been to, where nutrition is also included with workouts. This has really helped me pick up some healthy eating habits, and really understand the process along the way.nnHighly recommend DT to anyone who is looking for a supportive environment to work out.

I have had an amazing experience at DT! They helped me to achieve my goals during a 6 week challenge and gave me the support and guidance with nutrition and training I needed in order to be able to keep off the weight that I lost!!
