I switched neurologists and therefore my new neurologist faxed in a new prescription for my migraine medication. I called and spoke to someone the day it was faxed over who told too soon to be filled, which was fine. But they confirmed that they did receive it. Today I checked my profile this morning and the new prescription was said to be in process. I called CVS to see when it would be ready, and they couldn’t find the prescription. I spoke to two different people and the second person I talked to was completely worthless. How do you just lose a prescription when it was in the process of being filled. This was pretty much the last straw with me using this pharmacy.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I’ve been to this cvs multiple times for prescriptions that have taken FOREVER to have filled. Most recently I went with a friend to buy alcohol (were both 21 and turned 21 while in the nationwide shut down). The women checking us out got a second and third opinion to look at my friends REAL federally issued Id . Not only were they extremely rude but when we tried to explain it was real and ask why they weren’t accepting it, they told us we should be glad they didn’t confiscated it... a real state issued is that she got in the last 6 months. Absolutely ridiculous. The lack of poise and class exhibited by these women was hands down one of the worst ways I’ve ever been treated while shopping

I have been using this pharmacy for many years and could not be any happier! I am probably there at least 3 times a month and every experience has been stellar. The staff is super friendly and has gone above and beyond to rush prescriptions for me, call my doctors when needed and answer all of my questions. Thank you to George, Megan and Ciel for taking such good care of me!

Normally I don't post reviews on here, but I've had a few repeated bad experiences with one of the workers in the pharmacy (an older gentleman). He's been rude, dismissive, and cuts me off whenever I try to make small talk. Obviously the customer service doesn't have to be out-of-this-world, but at least don't make your customers feel like they're nothing but a nuisance to you!

Be careful about picking up products here and not placing them back exactly as they were. A short, portly woman with an 'I need to speak with a manager' haircut will verbally (and quite possibly physically) assault you asking what you did with it. She says she just wants to keep her store in order but we all know that she's implying there's a thief around. Go elsewhere, there are a dozen CVS's close by, why patronize one where you'll likely be profiled by Megan Hood for being a person of color.
