This joke of a pharmacy's employees disrespected my family. Moving all of our business to Williams Bros.nUPDATE!: I have to say, if you've ever thought about using Williams Bros, do it! Amazing what it's like working with an ACTUAL pharmacist! It's actually cheaper here as well! Can't recommend Williams Bros enough!!

Worst ever!!! Manager or so called manager said she was going to call the cops because I tried to assist in a dead animal in the store! I was around other customers,and totally made me look like a fool. I will never take my business back to the CVS in Bloomington. Not to mention she called my work trying to get me fired. Poor management!!

Pharmacist very rude when I asked if my information was in the computer I got a very disgruntled response. Upon my return the store manager I believe Michael or Mike I tried to resolve this conflict and he had no interest in addressing, it very poor customer service very poor management. The pharmacist continue to yell at me as I was walking out of the store management did nothing of this and let it slide very disappointed in this kind of management.

CVS is a great store for several reasons. They have EVERYTHING you need, the staff is very nice, and the coupons in the receipts are awesome! The only issue I have with them is that the pharmacy is dreadfully slow. It used to run so smoothly and I hardly had any wait time, however, now there is a consistent line. Oh yes, and the products sold here at CVS are good, and there is a diverse selection of items, but I feel their products are a bit expensive. Usually you can go other places and it will either be cheaper or the same price. Other than that, I love CVS!

Don’t use this pharmacy!! I have wasted so much time dealing with them. I have never been treated with such disrespect than when I interacted with the pharmacy manager Aaron. The worst part? He got a slap on the wrist and still works there. Do you even prioritize customers? I moved my prescriptions to Kroger because I never want to see him again.
