Had what i thought was a timing issue, called the service department and Joe gave me a few ideas to check cause they had the garage booked up and i got it all figured out and running like new!! Thank you for being awesome at your job Joe!!

The only problem I had was I went to look at cars to see what I could get into. The salesman showed me a 2014 Ford Fiesta Titanium . We told him we wanted it and kept in touch with him to tell him we would be there. We went to get the car but the car wasn't there. The salesman then told us the car had been sold while he was off. Very disappointed. I really didn't like the car at first but it grew on me and when you keep in touch with the sales person and he knew we wanted the car. I feel that he could of held the car or told us to put a deposit down on it to hold it. I am on disability and was waiting a few days to get paid and explained that to him. He never said someone else was interested in the car or put a deposit down on it to hold it. We had to settle for a 2014 Ford Focus which is dirty inside .Seats are stained and the passengers window won't roll down with the passengers control but will with the driver's control. I had to settle for this car because my car was on its last leg. I feel like they should fix the window control and try to get the seats alittle cleaner for what I am paying for this car. I have bought in the passed and was always pleased. I would really like to have a Ford Fiesta Titanium. Very disappointed.

My husband and I have been customers for quite sometime. At least 5 years. We recently had gotten a new (to us ) car for the second or 3rd time. I will start by saying I never had any issue with the cars we have bought. Never had any issue with any of the employees everyone was always understanding and always nice and professional. Then this past weekend we had no option but to take our car back due to some pretty high medical bills (which will happen when you have a medical condition that the doctors can't figure out) So we decided financially it would be best. Things happen right Life happens. So everything is going smoothly we are signing paper work get it all taken care of and drop the car off. Well as I'm sitting in the car and my husband is getting the remaining items out of the car we just returned. I look up and see Vance standing at the door with the most disgusted and angry look on his face, shaking his head. I roll my window down and smile at him to see if he going to say anything and all I hear him say is Seriously!!!. still looking at me with disgust and still shaking his head. This is and was the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude act I have ever seen when dealing with this business. I for one have been trying to contact a supervisor and have had not luck finding a phone number. I am also going to attempt at contacting corporate because this is something that NEVER should have taken place. IF your going to have trophies and stuff in your office showing that your a great employee or whatever. You most certainly shouldn't do that or treat people like this EVER!!!! I am completely angry and offended that he did it in the first place. Seriously to get up from your desk and walk out side to quietly shame your client for doing something they need to do or end up in a worse financial situation!!!!! He doesn't know my situation, he didn't ask questions, just stood there being rude and hateful and unprofessional. I hope he gets in trouble for this.
