Restroom was not very clean! Employees were very loud and unprofessionally dress in uniforms! Sloppy!!!

I just got food from this McDonald’s and per usual the service is horrible. I ordered a double cheese burger with Mac sauce and got something Completely different. The entire burger was cold as well as my fries. When I called them and explained how what I ordered was all wrong, they hung up on me and wouldn’t answer me again. The man who handed me my food was distasteful and rude.nnI would NOT recommend going to this McDonald’s ever. This isn’t the first time they got my order wrong either.

I'm over the poor service and the fact that this restaurant in particular can't seem to fill an order correctly. Not to mention that they seem to be short filling the fries on purpose. I placed an order in the app for breakfast on 10/31/2020 when I arrived I parked in the curbside pick up spot. I let them know I was there and in what spot I was in it said it could take up to 5 minutes before I received my order and I was fine with that. There was a gentleman already parked in the curbside spot next to me and after I had been there 10 minutes he got out of his car and headed inside so I sent my son in right behind him. After another 5 minutes the gentleman next to me came back out and I could clearly tell he wasn't happy. After another 5 minutes my son finally came back to our car with our order. Making it twenty minutes that I had been there and my son had to go in and get it. I don't consider this curbside. And twenty minutes to receive an order is awful.
