The man at the front of the store, that hands you your drinks, is always so rude. The first time I went in, he said “what’s your name” I tell him. He calls for my food order and mispronounces it. 2 minutes later he said “sorry, I forgot what’s your name again?” I tell him again. He again asks for the food order and mispronounces it. Today, I go in, order through the line because the online system is down. He sits my cup on the counter and mispronounces my name. I said it’s pronounced ____ actually. He doesn’t even respond, just turns away, and goes back to his work. Everyone else is so friendly and inviting, he acts like he’s better than you when you order a drink. I don’t understand.

Super friendly staff. Always gets the order right. Drive through usually full, but fast.
Have always loved Starbucks since living in Seattle but the employees haven't mastered the ability to keep flow up faster.
The ease of ordering online and picking up during this time is fantastic. The team is always efficient and friendly
