They are on their game at this location. No matter how busy they are (and they are always busy) they process the orders as quick as any other locale I've frequented. Good job y'all ... keep it up!

Love this Starbucks. The staff is always happy, even when it is overwhelming with orders. When that happens, they can make mistakes. They are human and do the best under alot of orders. But fixes it on the spot. When you get to know the staff, they are very interesting people. Like us all really are. It is as well the one next to my home. I must say I do like most of all the Starbucks in Bloomington. Each one has there own charm. Other then this one being next to my home. I like the staff with they happy attitudes. It is like they have know you for years, keeping a happy face on when busy and showing care in making your order.

This is the best Starbucks in Bloomington by far! Everyone here is super friendly, and I always leave feeling better than I did when I walked in. Their location draws a ton of business, but I've never seen them crack under the pressure of high demand or rude customers. For how much business they get, their staff is some of the most patient and calm I've ever seen. If you're looking for a good reliable cup of coffee, this is the place to go!
