I came to this Lafayette Road Extra Space Storage location after reading the Google reviews-specifically after viewing positive comments focused on the office manager, Shirley. She did not disappoint. I was traveling to relocate while requesting my unit. Shirley made acquiring the unit easy. I felt supported and comforted by her. Shirley truly went above and beyond and was a joy to work with. The facility itself is clean, secure and easy to access. Thank you for your help in preserving my important items!
Shirley is a heart of gold! She is compassionate, reasonable, and understanding of complex situations. She makes extra space storage every bit worth the penny because she looks out for her customers and is on top of any error! Glad I was able to have this sweetheart as a team member.
This store was amazing, the staff during our entire working process was extremely helpful and accommodating. Easy access. The climate control space is clean with a great temperature for my books. The sign up was over the phone and the representatives were helpful in providing an economical space suitable for me.
