Nice lady at the security said sometimes they still will take you depending on your load and what you have. On top of that I was unloaded in 2hrs I am amazed at this Target DC this time
Only 1 hour for delivery, thats why i give them 5 star..
Guess it depends if there busy or not. Took bout 2 an a half hours to finish unloading the trailers. Only thing I can tell you is try to get a early appointment if your an live load driver
6 am appointment. It took nearly 4 hours, load of Hershey candy. It doesn't seem to matter which location in the country you go to, it will take time. Not even Walmart is this bad. They have to find a more efficient way to off load live unloads. 4 hours burned off your clock is a killer.
Girls at the guard shack are extremely sarcastic and unfriendly. I pulled up to the window and the girl just looked at me( no hello, nothing just a blank stare) finally she said something, I gave her my paper work and was told I didn't have the correct delivery number(which was fine) so she explained to me how to get it and told me to turn around and go back out until I had it. When I retrieved the number and went back to the window I sat there for at least 10 mins until I was even acknowledged while four women and one man engaged in a long conversation. It's sad that the guard shack employees have such a lack of respect for the drivers that contribute to help keep business going which in turn helps to keep them employed. Very sad. (Indianapolis, Indiana location)
