Kyla was great! She was so quick and still thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. This was my first time renting a storage unit and Kyla made it quick and easy. Very friendly too!
This place is the most Absolute worst storage I have ever seen there is no one never to the office and they over drafted my bank account $128 into the red even though I have already paid them in person it has been a week since this been like this and I been told the only way I can fix this is by going to the office and fixing it but guess what...NO ONE IS NEVER TO THE OFFICE TO FIX IT they also gave me a storage unit that has a BROKEN DOOR any other storage is better than this one and there answering machine is completely trash it’s the whole reason I decided to just make my payment in person
I always get great service at my Public storage location. Kyla is always very friendly and helpful. You can tell by her mannerism that she actually cares about her customers, and helps every where she can.
I got a great deal to move in and Marc was absolutely A1 at getting me set up! Easy peasy.
