I've had a storage unit here for a year or so, reasonable price, seems secure. Unfortunately, it's pretty clear there is a lot of maintenance which has been delayed. A lot of switches are broken in the hallways. The door hold-open units are busted, etc. Aside from the small things, it's not a bad place.
Jessica was such a doll. I came in for pricing im moving soon. This whole process has been a headache and she gave me the best prices with such a great attitude. I can't wait to come back and rent a unit.
Came in to check out moving supplies and Jessica was great. I will be back.
Very helpful a joy to work with
Was quoted one price online when we get there it's a entire different thing the young lady who worked there was not at all informative very rude and unprofessional. She hardly making any eye contact and when speaking to me she seemed to be in a bad mood. She automatically charged me 19.99 for a lock when I could have used my own lock and Insurance which I already have my own renters insurance policy. When I questioned her about it she quoted it was mandatory which later I found to be untrue. I won't ever rent from this public storage again.
