Made a reservation online, never signed anything, canceled it before moving anything in and they insisted they had a no refund policy which is not listed anywhere. Then trying to get ahold of them just to get that information was an absolute pain. The woman we finally spoke with was rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Clean units and staff helpful and professional

I'm a mover and I've moved customers in and out of alot of storage units,I've probably been to everyone In the Eugene Springfield area. This one was courteous and the units were very clean and they respect their customers.

Super easy process to sign up and get storage unit going. It only took a phone call when I vacated my lot that to close it out. There is pretty good security, and I felt confident in leaving my car there.

Safe, clean and efficiently run. The staff are the best part: prompt, friendly and easy to get a hold of. Some of the best customer service I have ever received!
