Pad n Lock

The storage units are okay, definitely not the most up-to-date with their storage facilities. Access hours are only until 7 p.m. which kind of makes it difficult sometimes especially when someone doesn't get off work until 6. I found myself needing to get into my storage tonight, the 2nd. I had forgotten to pay on the 1st so I was locked out. it was 6:30 p.m. a half an hour until the end of access hours. I tried calling the office to pay the bill really fast because I found myself really needing to get a couple things out really quick of my storage unit. no one answered I called the after-hours emergency contact info and it went straight to voicemail so I decided to ring the doorbell at the office and the manager Kathy came to the door ask me very rudely what I needed I explained the situation and that I could pay and then I was needing to that night to grab a couple things that were pretty urgent and all she said was it's after hours you have to wait till tomorrow and shut the door. Extremely rude in my opinion. I understand that it was my fault for not paying on the 1st and not remembering to but I was really hoping that they could do me a favor and just let me pay my bill so I could access my unit that night. Unfortunately was just met with rudeness and unwillingness to help which was very disappointing. As soon as I pay my bill tomorrow I will be vacating the premises and not continuing to rent a unit.

The owners are incredible people. I had a situation where a roommate (an evil person) went and moved my stuff out of our unit, placed it out in the open, and texted me that I had until 7 to come get it. I was 3 hours away visiting family!! Some of these items were from my mothers wedding. I called the after hours line in a panic and I was in tears. The owners took time out of their Saturday to go move my items into a safe spot for me to get on Monday. They did not charge me, and they were very kind and comforting with all that I’m dealing with. I will always recommend this place to someone from now on❤ufe0f

Very friendly staff. Its nice and clean and well kept. Decent prices. You can see them right off the freeway.

I am so greatful to Kathy and her husband. They really have worked hard with me to keep my unit during very difficult times. I feel lucky I ended up calling them when looking for a storage unit last year. Ill never use another facility.

I would def reccomend this storage facility to all my friends and family. Both Kathy and her husband were so accommodating! Its my first time renting a storage unit, and I originally got a unit that was too small and the following day after moving some furniture in I realized I needed a larger unit. With no problem, we switched and the price is affordable still!! SATISFIED customer! THANK YOU!!!
