Went today for a redo agreed upon by the hair braider, after a week of my daughter having box braids they entire back half of her hair came out. After showing the braider Saturday afternoon, and speaking to her IN PERSON, she agreed to rebraid her entire head for free. Agreed to meet the braider here today (Monday), she gets 3/4s of her done and decides now that she wants payment.nnAfter a very agitated discussion, I told her that per Saturdays conversation the agreement was for a free redo. We left, I finished the rest of my daughter's hair and am filing a complaint with BBB.nnTHE first time my daughter got her hair done the braiders daughter put in her box braids, they were flawless.nnMy oldest went for a sew in and an older lady that's a braider messed it up completely and were issued a refund.nnToday her word was not honored. Not coming back to this location.
