The Factory D1 Training Indianapolis

I’ve never really been taught anything to help me as far as combines to. I started her not to long ago, but I’ve already improved tremendously. I’ve cut my times down drastically and definitely recommend trying this to anyone who wants to be the best they can. They work on strength as well as technique and the results are tremendously good.

I love the staff, owners, and coaches!! The facility is clean and the workouts are on point. The staff are friendly and they care about each person along with their children. My trainer Darien is amazing and a beast. He will push you to strive for excellence and hold you accountable! He offers suggestions to help you reach your goals. Coach Darayl is an extraordinary and excellent at coaching and training the youth. He is friendly, knowledgeable and leads by example as well as demonstrates how to do the drill and what he expects from each person. He takes time with each kid to ensure they are doing the drills correctly and help them. The love and passion he has for the game and children makes him stand out. He takes time to get to know each child and their parents. He encourages them to keep trying and not give up. His 1 on 1 coaching is through the roof!! If anyone wants any type of training from sports to personal at any age, the Factory D1 is were you need to be!!!!

I love D1! The workouts, facility, and staff are great Very clean and fun place to workout!

I’m not sure if the people working the door for this tournament are with the people holding it or with the facility but customer service is not good. I get Covid is causing people to be frantic, but it should never cause you to be rude. The courts are nice and the facility seems clean, but the customer service is what is causing this rating to be so low.

I’ve been working with Coach Darien at the Speedway location for almost 2 months now. Working with Darien has truly been life changing for me. He has helped me getting stronger in the gym, has helped motivate me to eat better and workout more each day, and continues to get me the physical results I want! I’ve known Darien as a friend for a few years and am gad I’ve gotten to know him as a Strength Coach this summer. I highly recommend Darien and all of the trainers at D1 to assist with improving your lifestyle!
