Scheduled a COVID test. Was going to be 5 minutes late. Called the store. Was on hold for the entire 15 minute drive to the store. Got to the store. No signage up about where to go. Drove around the store, saw a lady at the door. Asked about testing, said I tried to call about being late. They old me they were so busy with people getting tested they gave my slot away and wouldn’t test me. Sat in the parking lot for another 15 minutes trying to find somewhere to get tested. No one pulled up to have a test done. I will NOT be back.

The process for Covid19 test is an easy process. You make appointment online at cvs.com set up your time and then go to location at the time and day you schedule. Once there you get in the lane to the left give information etc. The person will give you the kit and walk thru the process. You swab your own nose. Once your done they will walk you thru the rest of process put in drop box and clean area off with cleaning item they supply you are done. Also you download mychart add the clinic wait 6-10 days for result. I like this better than someone else doing it and making your nose bleed which I saw at another location. Quick and fast Great job CVS

I have to let you know what an Angel and considerate professional pharmacist Christine is. I came in late with three different scripts for a family member checking in to treatment. I had to have them or they would have released him. I know she had been working since 7:30 am and she took care of me out of the kindness other heart. Without people like her in the world, what a lesser place this would be. Thank you Christine from the bottom of my heart. ud83dude07

Nice couple of managers I’ve met there. Stores clean. But they’re always out of alcohol or there’s a problem. Like it took them over a month to get the doors open bc they claimed a customer glued all the locks. Then they can never find the keys. Or here’s one I noticed, It’s always somebody eles fault they forgot or didn’t put in alcohol orders. How are we gonna catch sales when you never have the product. We just stopped buying it from them and went across the walk to a store that puts in orders.
