This staff at Rockville Rd. CVS refuses to answer the phone. The CVS at W. Washington & Belmont closed down & said to use the CVS at Lynnhurst & Rockville Rd. The automated phone system doesn't recognize prescription numbers from another CVS, so it won't refill my script. I spent 74 phone minutes over past 2 weeks trying to speak to someone & get this filled—they won't answer! 14 tries on the phone. I have to use uber or taxis because of health issues, so I can't go there & wait to have it filled. I think we need to report this pharmacy staff to their corporate offices. I loved my pharmacy's staff from my old CVS which no longer exists. Was on 1st name basis with all of them. Boycott this incompetent, uncaring & public nuisance location!

I came to get my niece some eye drops i went to the self scan i left the eye drops by accident and i called up to the store for the lady by named Katylen to tell me it was not her problem she was very rude and i get it that the store was about to close and maybe she didn’t feel like helping me but i needed help because my niece really needed those eye drops! This store is just seconds from my house and i will from now on go someplace else because she was very rude and i don’t appreciate it!!!!

Not very helpful at this location. I went to get a thermometer and a, few other things. There no thermometers on the shelves. They are behind cash register up front. But there's no note saying that. Cashier seemed annoyed when I asked about them.

The treatment and empathy is the worst. Today April 27 5:45 pm approximately, ask for a disinfectant gel and the vendor gave me an aloe gel that does not disinfect. Without leaving the store, I realized what she had sold me and she no longer wanted to give me the refund, knowing that it was she who gave it to me, since they keep it on the inside. I feel ripped off by this cashier.

The lady pharmacist is wonderful. She listens well, explains clearly and is very compassionate.nnThe male, not so much. He refused to honor the GoodRx for my script. He’s frequently rude. I dread it when I see he’s on duty and I have to interact with him but fortunately it’s not often.
