I bought a Olds Aurora a few years back. They did me right. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I was always able to speak to their boss. Am going back soon to buy a second vehicle.

Not the worst place, but not the best. I bought my car a little over a year ago for $5,000, im currently looking for a new one. My heat never worked, and I was told it would get taken car of. Since its a buy here pay here I wasn't super surprised that I didn't ever get my heat fixed. But there was a point when I had taken my vehicle in for repairs and they had it for nearly 2 months, while I made consistent payments. Just for me to find out the issues weren't fixed. I paid for my power steering to be fixed and for a leak in my radiator to be fixed and both issues still remain. I'm now being told by mechanics that they will not work on my vehicle because it can't be lifted due to heavy rusting, which is also partially my fault because I didn't look under the car when I purchased it. All in all... I don't think the car was worth what I spent. But the people are nice, and they did what the could for me. If you're in a bind, this is a good place to start, but don't expect to leave with a super great deal.

My neighbor just got their car repossessed for owing less than $60 on a previous payment. Indy has a lot of shady people moving here from Chicago. Be careful of these people folks.nStick with local and traditional Indianapolis dealers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ❗ I recently purchased a car and literally not even a week later my motor went out .. I called them and told them my car was running hot and was told to drive it back up there. I immediately dropped the car off and soon as I pulled out Ted calls me and tell me my motor went out and it was my fault because I shouldn't drive while over heating and he's sorry it happened .. $500 down the drain

My husband and I got a car a few years back (Paul) and we had no issues what so ever. They worked with us on payments and our car ran so smooth and amazing. Unfortunately we ended up having it sent back because we could no longer afford it at the time. We would defiantly go back if we was able to with them getting the car back. My only issue would probably be the grouchiness of some of the staff!
