Takes way to long in the driver thu
I love McDonald's food but don't care for the service. There is always a line to the road. Not enough staff and there is always a issue of getting the right order. The employees are kind and polite if not being rushed.
Definitely the best service I've had from a indy McDonald's since I've been here in Indianapolis. Food was good , service was GREAT, and overall the atmosphere in here was just astonishing. Definitely would recommend you to this McDonald's over any of the other 4 I've tried to eat from here in this town no matter the drive.
First off, I love the McDonalds franchise. I’ve been going to McDonalds since I was a kid. Nevertheless, my experience with thIs store was less than desirable. The food was hot and fresh. The staff was not so nice. It was the early evening on 9/11/2020. From the moment when I placed my order there was attitude. The person at the first window had attitude and didn’t look happy. I got to the second window and more of the same. The faces on the staff were not friendly. Everyone just looked angry. I feel like when you’re serving the public especially from a franchise like McDonalds, there should be better customer service and when you’re serving food to the public no one wants it from angry people. God Bless.
When i Ask for fries with no salt that means i would like them fresh with no salt Thank You
