Newer Starbucks! Employees are great and friendly!! Our drinks were what we expected. Drive thru was busy, but quick!

Easily one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to in Indy. If you have somewhere to be, do not go here. I only go due to it being 2 minutes from my house, but I’m usually willing to drive an extra 5 minutes to go to the one on 465 and 38th just to avoid waiting forever for my drink. The staff including the manager is usually just hanging around while there are several people waiting for their drinks inside.nnDrive thru wait is always ridiculous. Waiting 15+ minutes JUST TO ORDER. I’ve also tried the new curbside pick up at this store. I waited 10 minutes in my car (hitting the pick up button on the app multiple times) just to go in and see my drink all watered down sitting on the counter. Baristas seem nice and friendly most of the time, but this store just really really needs to get it together and maybe new management?

For pick up in the morning, they placed someone else's food bag in front of my drink. So I had to touch someone's food bag while also having to touch a drink without being able to read it's label hoping it was mine. All the hoopla about COVID, wearing masks, etc, is moot at that point. Also, pretty busy in the mornings. Drive through line is long and my app order took almost 20 minutes to complete. Otherwise, the drinks are on par with other Starbucks locations as you expect from Starbucks.nnAs for dine-in, quite a few seats blocked but there are still 4 tables available indoors for dine-in and they are usually not occupied. They also have their patio still open with quite a few tables available.
