I wanted to give out great customer service to a Katherine Scott that is from store 290. . I had a billing issue with a card at that location and she was swift and took real action towards helping to get a resolution. I had been to the store 3 times for 10 days calling various times and talking to various representatives and even a manager with no response to help me. I even waited a hour and was turned away at the service desk stating no receipt no service. She found my receipt and stopped my bank from having to do a loss prevention return on my account. Great job to Katherine Scott. Thank you for your great skills and much success. I am a avid shopper and have worked through a 3rd party shopping for them and by far this surpasses my experience that I had to post about your services. Thank you so much and I will call the director, to give the props.

Generally I really like this store. What I wanted to comment on today was a bakery product I purchased Friday called a Trifle Scoop Cake - Boston Creme. I first had one a few weeks ago and it was awesome. Couldn’t wait to find another and finally did and boy am I disappointed! Someone barely squeezed a little ribbon of creme around the edges of this cake. It is full of dry yellow cake cubes! They make a variety of Trifle Scoop Cakes - triple chocolate, mint chocolate chip, red velvet, some kind of lemony one, and more. The cake cubes are always well drenched with whatever type of creamy stuff the particular variety involves, and so was the first Boston Creme one I bought. But this one! I feel terrible that I highly recommended it to someone else before I discovered the difference. I certainly hope they don’t follow my advice to go out and buy one, or if they do I hope it’s like the first one I had and not like this! If this is the way they’ll be made in future, please don’t make them at all. I want one like the one I got before!!

Never had a problem going here. You go in ,grab what you need and then leave...simple and pleasing. If you have any problems here it most likely wont be from the staff , it'll be from other shoppers.If you know how to deal with other human beings then you will be fine.
