Mike was extremely helpful! Everything was taken care of over the phone within 5 minutes. He cut me a deal and we are all squared away. Very happy with the service so far
Great location and flexible terms. The manager, Mike, is very friendly and finds a storage solution to fit your need. This is the place to use if you need storage near Broad Ripple or meridian/Kessler.
Mike was very professional and helpful. He also provided me with card and mobile in case I had any issues. My code ended up not working the first day but I called him and he got me set up right away! Storage unit was as described. Provided me a lock. I would say the prices are average. Only complaint is that the numbering of the units was weird....
Great selections and good quality come together. The staff is just as good in my opinion.
The automated charge system gave us a bit of stress and would've downgraded the rating to a 3-4, but the manager, Mr. Coyle redeems the place twofold. He was very approachable and helpful when initially renting the unit and expeditiously solved the one issue that we had. I suggest going inside and talking to him if the kiosk is giving you trouble.
