I would like to thank Angel for her assistance yesterday as we rented a 10X10 temperature controlled unit. She was very friendly to work with and she helped us get set up with our unit. A appreciate that she was willing to work with us since we brought out own lock to use and we didn't have to rent one from them. I also asked for an extra light bulb to put in the unit since there was only one in there.
Big shoutout to Al and Angel over off of 64th and Keystone! Al handled my initial call over the phone and was patient & clear on what my options were even though I was multitasking behind the wheel. Angel showed me around let me know availabilities and how I could possibly apply for special promos. I was upset (not visibly) dealing with some other business and she was incredibly warm and thoughtful! Got a great team over there*****
