The Brazilian hair I bought was good. However their customer service lacks severely! It was my first time buying from them on top of being new to the weave world in general. Upon entry, I was not greeted nor was their process or their product explained to me (You place your order up front, the girl at the front desk calls upstairs. The people upstairs prepare your order and bring it downstairs.) so I was just standing there watching the front desk girl be on facebook after I told her what I wanted. Their website is not that detailed so coming in to the store was not helpful. I find it suspect that they don't price match with their own website (more expensive in store), you HAVE TO PAY IN CASH, and you HAVE TO SIGN THE RETURN POLICY AGREEMENT all before you can buy anything. And there are NO RETURNS even if the hair is new and untouched. I like to support black owned (if they are....) but they need to work the other aspects of the buying process not just have good Brazilian weave. I dont think I will buy from them again. I hope this review helps someone.

I ordered hair from this company on 8/7/20. I received an email stating my shipping and billing address were different, which I can appreciate, as online fraud is occurring more frequently. So for this reason, my order had not been processed, which was kind of a good thing because I had actually ordered hair from another boutique. I read terrible reviews on how awful their customer service was when it came to refunding money, but I had a very positive experience. I can’t remember who I talked to, but she was kind. professional, and refunded my money right away. I can’t speak on the hair, but their customer service was great.

I ordered 3 bundles from this company 08/2020. I had it installed for 4 weeks and it was beautiful. Before getting it reinstalled I washed and conditioned it and it tangled ridiculously ! After 1 hr of trying to comb it out I realized it wasn’t going to work. I ended up tossing the hair in the garbage. Needless to say I will never purchase hair from this company again!!!

I have ordered this hair over 10 times. I am scared to try any other brand. Why fix something that isn’t broken?. The hair is flawless, full, bouncy. I normally get curly and body wave. Last forever. I still have all the hair I have ordered over the years. I can color and bleach and lift and it looks great still. My only issue is they should keep a track of regular customers. I asked a tiny favor and I was refused, the lady on the line did not sound warm. I still love the hair.

I have been a Stylist for 20 years and this Brand of Hair is by far the best I have ever used. I have a order of Wavy that I Colored 4 years ago and it still looks beautiful and full. I will continue to make Her Hair Company my primary Band....
