My girlfriend went in for a blonde root touch up coloring. The salon left bleach in her hair for an HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES (1:45), which caused pain and burning while she sat waiting. When she asked the attendant if the bleach had been in her hair too long, the salon responded that nothing was wrong even when we found Google results clearly saying bleach should not sit in hair for more than 30 minutes. The attendant refused to admit there was any issue.nnA week after the treatment, her hair roots are painful, thinned and brittle. Scabs have formed on her scalp. Very unprofessional work and customer service from this salon. This is definitely the last time she uses this salon for any hair care.
Eric is AMAZING! I had one of the best haircuts/color that I ever had here at Dark Horse Hair. He is very knowledgeable of every product he uses and really listens to what you want. Eric took the time to know what my needs were and exceeded them more than I thought could be possible with my hair. I recommended him to anyone.
WOW this place is amazing! I loved the setup,it's so fun and very welcoming.nCasondra was everything I could have asked for. She took her time to get to know me and made sure I was comfortable with the cut and style. If your looking for a place that is more personalized this it. So happy with my hair cut its was long over due, Thanks Casondra cant wait for my a touch up.
All the stylist are lovely here and do amazing hair! Eric is my favorite by far he’s very good at perfecting my haircut for me. Always a joy to go to Dark Horse!
Casondra is the only person I will let touch my hair. I moved to Cincinnati several years ago and I still drive to Indy to see her. She is a curls master! I can even wash and go, and my hair looks amazing.
