Embarque wellness spa is beautiful, tranquil and the yoga was wonderful. The abbreviated class took us from standing to the floor. We stretched, breathed and relaxed. The instructor guided us through several poses, encouraging us to go at our own pace. She emphasized breathing. I enjoyed my introduction to this amazing business.

Working with Alyssa at Embarque has been a truly enlightening experience. I can honestly say that I felt heard on an individual level while going through the process. She was able to develop a treatment plan for me which was very specific to my needs and will enable me to continue growing and being the best version of myself. I look forward to the next steps of this journey. Thank You!

Here can be found many approaches to yoga to learn about, great instructors, and a supportive friendly welcoming vibe like no other studio I've encountered. I experienced the absolute best massage imaginable today, given by Vanessa Walker... she was professional, friendly, and completely competent in many massage techniques.
