kOMpose is the most friendly, welcoming, empowering, and inspiring active space I have been to. As someone who can't stand the competitive environment of a gym, kOMpose keeps me active and healthy without the stress, pressure, and comparison of the traditional gym environment.nnIn addition, beginning a yoga practice, as opposed to other traditional workout practices, I have not only gained strength, flexibility, and endurance, but also peace of mind. I cannot say enough good things about the range of classes at kOMpose, the friendliness of all staff, and the general vibe of the space. I am so grateful to have found kOMpose. kOMpose has something for everyone.

The studio and classes are comfortable, convenient and offer a wide variety to add to your practice. The teachers and studio staff are very welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly ..and all offer different little intricacies to learn from! The kOMpose community that grows in this environment is amazing! One of my favorite places!

I've been coming here since April and I've not left a class disappointed. Every instructor has been knowledgeable and caring. The studio is always clean and cozy. The staff has been so helpful. The app is a huge plus and makes scheduling a class easy. Love it!

Phenomenal yoga studio. I just moved to the area and tried a couple before and they didn’t cut it. But KOMpose is amazing! I love all the instructors and front desk staff is incredibly friendly. Prices are good too!
