I was supposed to do this before but I lost my wallet with the receipt and had the pleasure of returning to meet the cashier of the century Shayla!! I am sitting in the parking lot to make sure this review is done!!nnShe is so warm and welcoming!! At times I take a while to shop even with a list I can forget what I'm looking for and quantities some clerks don't care for it but she was so helpful, patient, and connected with me as a person, not just a customer.nnShe is a breath of fresh air, very helpful the interactions shows she wants to be there not that it is an obligation and the customer is interrupting their day like I've had at some stores including this one in the distant past.nnHer customer service was on point and she pays attention to her sales, I had miscounted my items and she caught it so I wasn't paying more. She incorporated the app into my shopping so I could take advantage of coupons and I even earned some extra care bucks that will bring me back! I look forward to my trip to this location.nnThe manager Doug is nice too, I've had several opportunities to be rang up by him he will bring a smile to your face. While we are at it let's toss in the security for his safety and privacy I won't share his name without permission he was awesome as well. What a great experience all around. I'll return to this location knowing if they are on shift it I'll leave with a big smile knowing I am getting the most for time, money, and experience!!

Made a COVID 19 Test appointment and then when I got there after waiting 2 days to actually take the test, the employee told me that the system has been “down” for SIX days....they haven’t been able to do a test in 6 days.nnReporting to BBB immediately.

Megan did a fantastic job serving us while she was at the Allisonville CVS. When that location closed, she moved to the 46th Street CVS and is continuing to provide the same friendly and professional service as before. We appreciate all she has done for us!

Literally sat on hold for thirty minutes, and got disconnected. Had to call another pharmacy to get the status of my prescription at THIS location.

Spent over 30 minutes on hold to call in a prescription the minute they opened. Even called twice and same thing each time.... no answer. Don’t even bother with this location
