I just experienced the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It is a shame to have to work with an employee who doesn't seem to care about customers.
Always a pleasure to go here always greeted by friendly workers. I am usually in and out within 5-10 minutes. No complaints on my end. I have used the pharmacy once for my sons immunization shots and things went smoothly so I give this location 5 stars
They offer drive thru shopping. I spoke to the shopper and he said to wait 30 mins to pick up headache medicine for my granddaughter. I waited and when I arrived at the pharmacy they didn't have it. I asked for cherry flavored , dye free headache medicine and she came back with pills. I said this is for a 9 yr old and I need the liquid. She found it and asked if I had just called it in. I said no I waited 30 mins as instructed and maybe you should tell the shopper he's not doing his job. I'm elderly and not going in places due to Covid-19 so I thought this was a great option. Little disappointed.
Amazing customer service and the most kind pharmacy members. My husband rushed in at 9:59 after I spoke with Kevin on the phone about needing a thermometer. It was 9:57. He stayed open until after 10pm to help us out! Thank you Walgreens and thank you Kevin!
