Shawn greeted every customer. He was a breath of fresh air on a very stressful voting day.

Please staff, wear your mask over your nose and mouth, not around your chin. A face shield without a properly worn mask isn't helpful. I put down my basket and left.

I really liked interacting with the lovely, older cashier with the wonderful smile at this CVS. I happen to like interacting with people in that way. Today I went in and stood in front of the counter and saw no one there. An employee said, “What are you looking for?” I said, “The cashier to check out.” She says, “It’s right there.” I look to the right of me and there it is - the dreaded self check out. I said, “Oh, no! Had I known I would not have come here and I will never come back again - and I mean it.” And I do mean it. I do not like being forced to use the self check out. I like having the option of either/or - in which case I always choose the cashier. I got so frustrated trying to use the machine (because they ALL are different), when my order rang up $6.01 and I fed the machine a $5 and a $1, I thought I had put in $7 and was expecting .99 change! (I needed to read the machine) I said, “I’m just done.” And I was. It had been a long day. I grabbed my things and walked out, only to realize in my delirium, once I got to the car, that I had shorted CVS a penny! I go back into the store and found that the kind woman trying to use the machine next to me who wanted to pay cash but didn’t know her machine only took cards had paid my penny - which I handed to her. She probably kept me from going to jail for stealing bless her sweet heart! But I meant what I said, I am not going back ever.

Pharmacy Tech (Donna Paps) was all but yelling over the phone, but aside from customer experience there is a larger issue.The pharmacy on keystone was out of the script so I had it transferred to this location. As it turns out cvs locations do not communicate between one another. Experience aside this marks a very real inefficiency. If you a serious condition use another provider for fear of not getting your meds. If these were the meds keeping me alive, and this inefficiency delayed the accessibility, you could imagine the results.
