Gary Baker was awesome! He worked very hard for what I wanted and what I could afford for my new vehicle. He wasn’t pushy and understood what I did and didn’t like. He was very easy to get along with and was very knowledgeable about his vehicles (even though we found a secret department no one knew about!) I 100% recommend Tom Woods Volkswagen dealership! Great experience and best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle!
Had to wait quite a while (3 hours) for a scheduled appointment and a 30k checkup..
Great experience with Tom Wood on 96th street. Ryan was GREAT! I highly recommend working with him. He was informative and patient. I never felt pressured or rushed. And at the end of the day he LISTENED to understand rather than listening to reply. I plan on returning for my next car for sure!
Tom Wood Volkswagen made it so easy for me to purchase my vehicle. They weren’t pushy at my test drive and explained just enough for me to get going. Great customer service. Nice waiting area.It was almost 1.5 hours longer than the 2 hours they said it would take. No big deal though it was a Saturday so I understand. It allowed me to catch up on my reading. Good overall experience.
