Our salesman Joey was very helpful and helped us through the sales process. When I asked him if we could see another car to compare the car, we were considering he was more than happy to show us the other car. This allowed us to compare the two cars and make a good decision on our car purchase. Joey was very friendly and was not pushy for us to make a car purchase. After we decided to get the car, he worked hard to make sure we left happy and got the price on the car we wanted. He did a great job.

Napleton Hyundai of Carmel is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, and this is my 4th Hyundai! Brittany called after I filled out forms online and she was very polite and helpful, taking all my information on what I was looking for and my trade-in. Shawn and Steve were great to work with, they were not pushy car salesman like you think of when buying a car. They had a car ready for me test drive when I got there, answered all my questions, and helped me make the decision that was best for me, not the bottom dollar. In one visit, I knew what I was getting for my trade-in and what the payment would be on several different models. It was quick and easy, and I drove home in a brand new car with everything I wanted, and at the payment I wanted. I won't go to any other Hyundai dealership again! While the process was not quite as smooth as my previous experience, I greatly appreciate Owen on service/parts for all his help getting things squared away. He followed up several times, always answering my texts super quick, and put up with me rescheduling more than once. Thank you Owen for helping and making sure everything got finished! When looking to purchase a preowned Jeep from them, my experience was a pretty good one over all. They went back and forth with me for 15 days to create a deal that satisfied us both.nWithin those two weeks you can imagine I got to know many people at the dealership; most notably, sales associate Lenny V. He was the one that took my appointment and ultimately sold me my Jeep. Lenny, like many of the staff there, is young and has a fresh, vibrant enthusiasm that truly cared about getting me into a car that I wanted. Another sales associate, who happens to be Lenny roommate, took the time out to go along on an hour long test drive to help thoroughly learn the features of the car and it’s practical use for me at my second visit.nAside from the sales team, the management and finance officers did a good job working with me. I’d definitely have to thank the sales manager, Big Mike, for being eager to receive my business and incredibly accommodating when handling the terms of my deal. I appreciated his attentiveness as I worked with Jared in the F&I office. Together with Jared’s transparency and clarification, they were able to get me into the Jeep that I’m extremely happy with.nI’m only giving 4/5 stars because of the miscommunication and/or incorrect information I received from Mark (a manager) stating the car was already sold and off the lot when I initially went to purchase it. I didn’t understand how that happened when I had made an appointment. This made for an extremely inconvenient weekend of missed work, travel expenses, and the headache of trying to find another car to buy. Ultimately, my car was available and I was able to get it.nThanks, Guys!
