As the typical car buying experience goes, we had our ups and downs. Unfortunately, due to our own party, we continued to hit walls in the process. However, Beth and Edward made everything possible. They fought to get us the lowest price and ensured we walked away with our new vehicle. Any other business would have declined our business due to our constant back and forth but, they met us half way. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. 10/10 customer service.

i recently purchased a BMW from Napleton Italian Imports in March of this year and was promised things that did not happen. Since the new management and sales team came in June, they have went above and beyond to help me out. I just came back and purchased a Yukon Denali from Will today. It was the best experience I have ever had. Will reached to the moon and exceeded my expectations with my new purchase, along with making sure I was still happy with my BMW that I purchased earlier this year. I will forever refer my friends and clients to Will at Napleton Italian Imports. Their Finance Manager, Matt, was also an amazing man to work with. Will did the job, but Matt is the final reason we purchased another car from them today. I am very pleased to have worked with both men today at Napleton. When we need to purchase another car or SUV, Napleton Italian Imports is where we will be headed. Thanks again for the awesome experience!
