Penske Honda is great! Fair prices. Good service. Accurate estimates and timing.nnThe only reason I give them 4 stars is because the services take a long time. Even though the service people tell you how long it will take and they are right on the mark, in my opinion some of these services just take too long. I've had oil changes that take 2 hours.nnI continue to go back because my vehicle is always ready on time and customer service is great.

I love my Penske Honda on 96th street! From the sales staff to service crew, everyone is very respectful and helpful with all your needs! If needed, this is the only place I will allow to service my car! If your looking for a new/certified used Honda or you need work done on your Honda, definitely go here! Bought a car today from Penske Honda what a great experience with our salesman Doyle and finance manager Adam. Been looking for a car for awhile and I’ve dealt lately with some horrible dealerships that I walked out and refuse to do business with. Doyle made looking at the car and coming to an agreed price easy. Appreciate the respect and treatment I received. Everyone was great and helpful what a different experience!

UPDATE, 7/24/2020: After posting the review, the sales manager reached out (Justin Thomas) to chat. He did apologize for the inconvenience and also refunded me the amount of the services we had done after providing a receipt from our mechanic. I definitely didn't anticipate that happening, so it was very much appreciated. When we're in the market for a new car, I'll return to Penske. Updated to four stars to reflect the solid post sale customer service.n------------------------------------------------------------------nWe had an overall positive experience buying the car. We worked with Joe and purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey Elite. I do believe we may have paid more than we should have, but that's on me, not them. We were also in a rush to get our kids from daycare - again, that's a me problem.nnHowever, we had two instances with vehicle a few hours after we left the lot and about a month after.nnThe first issue is we noticed a chip in our front windshield glass literally as we drove it off the lot. We originally thought it was bird poop, so we kept driving. Once we got home, we realized it was a chip. We called Joe, came in the next day and they repaired it, free of charge. While I would have liked a non-chipped windshield, it wasn't noticeable and honestly, I didn't feel up to the fight, especially in the middle of a pandemic.nnThe second issue, and the one for the two star deduction, is a service alert. One month after purchase, the van tells us that we need an oil change, transmission fluid, and our tires rotated. We called the service desk and they said they wouldn't cover it. In my mind, when you sell a certified vehicle, it should already have been checked out to confirm that at the VERY least, all the fluids were good to go. I've never purchased a car and had to have it serviced within 30 days of purchase. I've also never purchased a car where the dealership didn't offer the first oil change on them. The tire rotation also is mind boggling. It's not a difficult thing to ensure that's taken care of. Bear in mind this is a pandemic; I'm working from home and everywhere is closed at this point. It's not as if we put hundreds of miles on the vehicle at this point.nnNeedless to say, it wasn't an overall great experience. At the end of the day, I would definitely look to other dealerships prior to coming back to Penske.

I was sent a text to visit Penske because they were interested in buying my leased car. I went in & spent a few hours talking to Jack Breen. He was extremely professional & answered all my questions. We set up a time for me to return & my new car would be ready. After several hours I was in the office of Branden Reed. He again was very professional & guided me through the paperwork. I then met Jack again who dedicated as much time as I needed while sitting in my new car pointing out many of the new car features. I just want to thank Jack & Brandon for making this new lease process as simplistic as possible. I am very happy with my new leased car.
