There is no one better than Curtis. He’s a great low-pressure salesman who just wants to see people in good cars. He spent A LOT of time with me, allowing me to drive several cars over several days (some even more than once). He’s knowledgeable about the brand and is a great ambassador for Subaru and the Tom Wood group.nnMy only minor annoyance is the amount of time I had to wait to get to the financial portion of the sale. I’m not sure how many people there are doing that job, but I feel like maybe more are needed.nnI will not hesitate to recommend Tom Wood Subaru. My experience and customer service I received was excellent. I look forward to visiting Curtis when I go in for my scheduled maintenance.

Our salesperson, Gregory Begley was Excellent!!!nnGreg was patient, kind, low pressure and very knowledgeable. He helped us pick out the perfect vehicle for our needs and walked us through every aspect of the equipment, both standard and optional.nnWhen we picked up our Forester, Greg showed us how to use all of the options and even linked our phone.nnGreg also gave us a tour of Tom Woods Subaru, explaining where everything was and how to make appointments. He even introduced us to several of the personnel we would come in contact with during future visits for maintenance.nnWe were impressed with the facility and the friendliness of all personnel that we encountered.nnWe would not hesitate to recommend Tom Woods Subaru, especially Greg to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru.nnThank You Very Much Greg!!!

They called us back in a timely manner. They were able to schedule us on a day that worked best for us. Very easy drop off with a courtesy car waiting. Called us with a cost and then worked hard to get it down with any coupon possible! Very courteous workers, clean bathrooms and waiting area with water or coffee to help your wait if needed. We would highly recommend Tom Wood Subaru to anyone! Even if you live in Fort Wayne or Muncie. Their professionalism was worth the drive and peace of mind!

We had been searching for months for the right van at the right price when it finally showed up. I was contacted right away by Jamie Saddler, who was super friendly and accommodating and helped me understand everything in plain terms. He found ways to arrange and organize to get us in the van we wanted even being in a different city and having to come with our kids. I never once felt pressured or talked down to, the van is clean and runs great. All the maintenance and paperwork is updated, clear and was explained. I would absolutely go back, even driving 2 hours again just to do business with them again.

Great experience! Got there just before they opened on a Wednesday morning and was 4th in line. Once open, they were courteous and super efficient. I had my dog with me as well and he got tons of attention. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable, and best part, my car was finished in under the quoted wait time. Thank you so much for safe and exceptional service!
