Stopped in for an oil change, got more than that! Sarah Gibson provided me with probably the best service time with that I’ve ever experienced. Promptly greeted me when I walked into the service bay. Was kind enough to help me get my car and just the right position to start the process. Worked with me on the oil change package I needed. She took care of the work and got it done and a good amount of time and gave me a wonderful Price! Overall, I couldn’t be happier, I highly recommend you take it vantage of the best service for your vehicle at Tom Wood possible, ask for Sarah.

I would say traditional customer service is highlighted in their sales department. The sales representative was kind polite and not pushy. Took the time to listen to our wants and needs. He was willing to try to stay within our budget I did not try to upsell to something we couldn’t afford. I greatly appreciate the service we received and will continue going back for future purchases!

Went into Tom Word Ford on Saturday (12/5/20). I was greeted by salesman Robert Lozzi. He asked me what type of vehicle I was looking for, and what was price range. We looked and ran numbers on several vehicles. During the process, I never felt rushed or pressured into buying a vehicle. Robert, along with the entire team that assisted me was very patient and understanding of my situation. After a short time, I decided on a 2020 Ford Edge. I’m very pleased with the vehicle and experience. Can't wait to do business with the Tom Wood Ford team again. I will definitely be sending my friends their way!

My experience at Tom Wood Ford in purchasing a vehicle was super. Great people to deal with. My sales rep. Ervin went out of his way to get me into a vehicle and financing was done quickly and gave me the most amount of trade in on my car. Integrity Insurance had me covered completely out the door. Kari did a great job at a great price for Insurance. Kudos to a great Dealership!

I love coming here just because I’m know that my car is receiving the proper care. They make sure to address me with concerns and inform me on necessary decisions. They are very helpful and I’m always treated very well when I walk through the door. I purchased my car here and will continue to get the maintenance from here.
