Hertz Car Sales Indianapolis

I had a great experience here buying a car from David Graves! His boss Chip was also very kind and helpful. David explained everything step of the way, listened to my concerns, and was patient with all of my questions. I was happy to walk away with a great car and didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of like other car dealerships might. I paid for the car, document fee, warranties, and sales tax so the haggle price is somewhat accurate. I didn’t have an fees or items to pay that I didn’t agree with. Thank you for your help David!

Super happy we ended up here. If you’re like me, I cannot stand high pressure sales tactics. You will not get that here. It’s awesome! Everyone was so friendly and professional. Erika was fantastic and helped make the process nice and easy. And Chip in financing was great. Highly recommend!

Erica an David helped me. Great place to buy a car.nI bought a 2018 Nissan and I love it !!! Chip was super in the finance department. The manager even reached out to me in a few emails to see if he could be of any help, I really appreciated that type of service and communication from Hertz.nThe cars are gorgeous, newer, good milage. I recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out.nThe only negative side is the cars could definitely be a lot cleaner inside. That was the only complaint I have.nBut I would buy another car from them !!nThank you Hertz !!!

I purchased my vehicle here on 8/10/2020 and nearly after a month after the purchase, I went to the BMV to attempt to register my car. I was told that the dealership had until the date on my interim license plate (today: 9/24/2020), to send the title information over and they were to notify me when this was completed.nnWell, today has come and after contacting Hertz, the title has still not been sent over the BMV and all I got was an email saying it would be forwarded to the secretary, with no contact info for her, and no follow-up on if any progress had been made. My plates are now expiring, and I still have received no title, therefore I cannot register my vehicle.nnFurthermore, today was to be when I made my first car payment. I was under the impression that my auto loan was through a specific bank, but when I called them, they said my application had been approved, but the dealership (Hertz Car Sales) decided to go through another bank. Again, I received NO COMMUNICATION. I own my home with a mortgage, and anytime my loan has been sold to a new company, I'VE ALWAYS BEEN NOTIFIED BECAUSE I NEED TO KNOW WHERE I'M SENDING MY PAYMENTS.nnI called Hertz, (whomever I spoke with didn't give me a name), and initially, he tried to tell me all my paperwork and everything was the same, until I told him what I was told by the bank. ONLY THEN, did he notify me that I needed to come in to sign a form because my loan application wasn't correctly processed. So, I had to call to figure out I needed paperwork signed, and that information was only offered to me, AFTER I was adamant that the information he was attempting to tell me was incorrect.nnNow, my plates are expiring and I can't even make my first car payment because the ball was dropped on Hertz's behalf.nnMoreover, the man I spoke with was very cavalier about the whole thing, and seemed to laugh it off. It's very unprofessional, and nothing about the situation is humorous.nnI love my car, and only bought it here, because they had the exact Make/Model I wanted for a great price. But, the follow-up to buying this car has been the worst customer service experience.nnI'm hoping to resolve these issues, but I will never shop through this company again or recommend it to anyone I know car shopping.

Erika Oktayana was wonderful to work with! This was the first time I had purchased a car and she made it so easy. Absolutely love the car I got. Totally happy with the experience.
