Bill Estes Toyota

I am SO happy with the service I received at Bill Estes Toyota (formerly Butler). I would like to tell you in previous years I have had a Ford and would service it at Tom Wood. I was used to a certain level of service from Tom Wood...which was the bare minimum honestly, but I thought that’s how the whole “car-world” is. When I went in to Bill Estes for my year old 4runner, I had an issue with my car which took a few trips to rectify and each time I was met with good service, until my most recent visit. On this visit I had exceptional service, knowledgeable information passed to me and understanding- understanding that my car had a frustrating issue to pin-point but they were going to figure it out and fix it. Lia Wolfe was my advisor and I was really blown away by how helpful she was and Her exceptional service. Also of note is Chris Hall, who took the time to come over to me, at Lia’s request, and explain what was going on. He got visual aids to actually show me what he was talking about! That really goes above and beyond- I’ve never had a car dealership take the time to honestly explain something to me and take so much time to make sure I knew what was going on with my car. I hope this message goes to the right people and Lia & Chris know how much I appreciate all the work they did for me. It has not gone unnoticed or unappreciated. Thank you for being a dealership that is different from the slew of others out there. I love my car which was bought from your dealership and I am so happy it’s working well now- thanks to your team.

Brennen provided excellent service in a professional and friendly manner. I was impressed with the efficiency of the new service model now used due to the pandemic. I felt safe and able to social distance in the new clean and expanded waiting room. I will recommend Bill Estes and continue to use personally.

Derrick was exceptional! He explained the service, charges and timely updated me on my repair staus. I wish Derrick would have been helping me at your sales lot when I went over to look at the new 2021 Sienna I will be purchasing next month. I would have gotten better service.

Great service! Mike McGiniss was a dream to work with. Seamless and stress-free buying experience. We test drove one day and came back and purchased the following week after shopping around. Estes offered us the absolute best deal. We didn't even need to spend the extra time checking for lower prices. We WILL be back for future vehicles. Thank you, I love my new Toyota Avalon!
