My experience here was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming. Kerry was so kind and helped me to find my dream car!! The prices are fair and you won't feel any pressure. They gave me all the time I needed to find the car that fit me.
This is my second purchase from Dreyer and Reinbold Mini, my first was a 2012 Mini Cooper S hatchback and my newest is a '20 Mini Cooper S Countryman. The customer service is courteous and all-around excellent. Todd sold me my second Mini, he's patient, no pressure and very helpful-I had a great experience and am so happy with my purchase. Anytime I have any service needs, Elijah is a great guy to see. He explains the details of the service/repairs, has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Minis and always get me set-up with a loaner while my care is being serviced. I love my Minis and I can honestly say I've never had a negative experience and highly recommend Dreyer and Reinbold Mini!
Super experience buying my MINI Cooper! I have never been a fan of car buying but Dreyer and Reinbold made the experience a good one. I would highly recommend dealing with Kerry Knight. He is professional, listens to what you are interested in and works to make that happen. Follow up has been awesome and I feel comfortable contacting him regarding any issue.
Great website. Found a Mini that we were interested in on the website, which provided pictures of all views of the car plus a listing of all features. The salesperson that we worked with (Chloe Craig) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. She made the car buying experience fun and easy.
They made buying my new-to-me car the easiest thing to do. Other dealerships I visited I felt pressured or my questions weren’t answered, but not here! I felt at ease immediately. It was my first time buying my own car and they made the whole process stress free. Todd communicated very well and made sure everything was done on time!
