I got a 2008 Nitro from them. I was skeptical at first because of their lack of professionalism, fast talking & atmosphere, but I gave it a chance anyway. Nobody’s perfect.nThe 1st full day driving, not only did the battery keep getting disconnected, it overheated in traffic & had to be parked. Got it back to the shop & they “fixed” it. This is after sending me to the auto store to get the supplies.nA couple days later, same issue, only this time, in rush hour traffic, with groceries. Overheated again. (And battery still disconnecting) Had to get it towed & order an Uber with groceries to transfer. (Embarrassing) Get it back to the shop. Being promised to get it back the next day, turned into 2, So now I’m paying for Ubers to get around, although I just bought a “new” car. only to come pick it up, & the A/C went out.nThen they used antifreeze from my vehicle without my permission to “fix” my problem & I get it back.nNot too long after that, the truck was loud. Took it to a muffler shop & got an estimate for needing a catalytic converter. I shared this issue with the shop & they told me it was nothing they could do. I had yet to make a car payment & register the car, but already had a $400 estimate, numerous Uber rides back & forth to the shop & a crazy battery connection. No this vehicle did not come with a warranty, but during the sale, I was assured as long as I brought it back asap with my issues, they’d be addressed. False. They ended up firing the sketchy “assistant” Logan who was always snorting & sniffling trying to conduct business.nI was left with a raggedy truck & car note.nAfter expressing every single issue with the finance company, the shop said they’d help.nCar note & repairs to get the truck to drive properly: ~$650 all within the first month of having the vehicle.nThe ambiguity is ludacrious. I never got help from the shop to help cover the repairs or the help with the payment for a car I barely got to drive confidently. I should’ve known in the beginning with the fast talking & winking to get me into a vehicle would be a disaster. The owner, Laron treated me just like a customer. Tell you enough of what you wanna hear to get your money & get you out of his face.nRyan was pleasant. Helped a little, but not as promised. This is definitely a lesson learned. The outside of the business should say Wormwood Motors. (from Matilda.) Right Place Auto Sales effed me over royally. Nothing good will come to them.
