I went into Cars R Us and Lindsey introduced herself as I walked into the door. She asked me what I was interested in and what I wanted and guaranteed that I will leave with a new car. Everyone in there treated me well and got me what I wanted with a 2020 Malibu. I’m very satisfied with the customer service experience that I received and I’m in love with my car. Cars R Us has just as many bells and whistles as the larger dealerships in Indianapolis! This car lot has an Impressive inventory with a wide variety of low mileage top shelf vehicles! If there is a particular car you have in mind, the owner will go above and beyond to make it happen. My husband found his dream car ud83dude02 with financing that accommodated our budget! No pressure to buy like at the larger dealerships is what made us feel comfortable! Mike was the best and most help salesmen I've ever worked with. I had to bring my two year old along for the test drives and he was more than friendly and accommodating for helping with her car seat and her high energy. Our financer Gino helped us get the payments to where we needed with ease and got us into the car of my dreams. I am so grateful for their help and now I have a safe, reliable and family friendly Jeep! Highly recommend Cars 'R' Us, great prices, even greater guys.

I would leave 0 starts but that is not an option. The buying experience is exactly what you would expect from a shady used car dealership! I bought from out of state and wish I had trusted my gut and not worked with them. The process was slow (to be expected). I worked with 2 sales people both who no longer work at the company. I was promised a car in excellent condition. When it arrived it had some internal damage to the seats not pictured or mentioned but obvious. There was an issue with the power steps on the truck my mechanic discovered I was promised this was fixed and no longer the case by their mechanic. My mistake this was not the case.. In my signed contract I was told the car would have a full tank of gas my transport caught that it was almost empty and I had to argue with Brian to get the tank filled. Overall the car will work and is what I wanted, they did eventually get the job done. However I am left with regret of having spent too much time and aggravation and a sour taste after buying my dream truck.. WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE NOT WORKING WITH THEM!!!
