He even kept us in the loop on his off day. He went well beyond my expectations. Incredible inventory... knowlogeble staff.. Experience the difference
bought a car from coast to coast and had it serviced several times and each time was given a rental car. now my engine has to be replaced and coast to coast has no record of servicing the car and wont pay for the engine. they never gave me receipts. The guy who was servicing the car no longer works there. Why are there no records in their computer system from all the times I took my car? It’s something wrong with this picture. I trusted them.
Very good customer service and effort to get you into the ride you want! Highly recommend Ben as he was perfect for me. Overall, great place to get a car. Would rate higher if there was more than 5 stars.
Bought my first car via the internet from coast to coast. It was an excellent experience. I worked with Tanner who was very responsive to all my questions. The car was as described and was shipped the day the paperwork was completed. Would definitely use again.
