I went there and at first they were nice. The guy asked me if I wanted to see a 2011 Chevy Malibu, I said yes and he went to find the car, he tried to get into a Chevy Impala, he didn't know the different of the cars. First red flag. Also he spent about 15 minutes looking for my drivers license because he lost it. I had a lot of trouble getting people in the phone, the people who answered the phone were always rude. I put a down payment on a car on Saturday and was told I had to come back Monday because the banks were closed. I came back Monday and had decided against the car and was there to ask for my down payment back. Then the salesman kept asking my questions that made me uncomfortable 'why aren't you buying this car' 'sounds like you don't want to grow up and do things on your own' things like that. I was then told I could only get my money back in the form of a check in the mail 7-10 business days. I called back 7 days later to see the status of my check and they hadn't even wrote it yet! Then I called back the next day to tell them I was going to get it and the guy said he didn't know where it was at but 'it was around here somewhere' I went in the next day to get it and the guy had to search for it. The place looked very disorganized. He then found it... Where my check was tapped to the wall... In order to get the tape off I had to rip the check a little. I then noticed that my name was spelled wrong on the check. Terrible experience. Most of the people that work there are not nice. They are very disorganized. I wouldn't trust going there.

I will always buy my cars from Auto Pass. The employees are the nicest people you could ever work with! They helped my boyfriend suprise me with my 2011 mini cooper and drove the car to my workplace! They made the process very smooth and easy and answered any and all of my questions no problem! Very very happy with this company! You should definitely buy your car from them!

I bought a 2004 jaguar x type. Wound up having an issue very shortly after i got it. Randy could have told me o well dude your SOL. Instead he worked with me with out any hesitation to get my car fixed. AMAZING customer service. Most places i would have had to yell and scream! They are some awesome people and stand by their word!

I am not one to speak negatively but I went to the sale and purchased a vehicle. My license plate never came. Despite numerous calls, I could not reach anyone. I drove to their location and there was a sign that they went to an auction and would be back in one hour. I waited and no one showed up. Although the situation has been resolved, I never received a call or apology. I would never buy a car from Jobeta Automotive Group.

This place is a sleezy used car lot that scams people into believing they have won money to get them to come in.nnIF YOU RECEIVED A MONTE CARLO MATCH TO WIN TICKET YOU WILL NOT GET ANY MONEY REGARDLESS OF HAVING A MATCH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.nnIt's terrible that a business would use such dirty tactics to try to get customers. You can bet they will never have my business.
