I opened a couple of car apps, found my daughter's favorite vehicle in Indianapolis coming from kokomo. The staff were very polite and had no issue's taking the vehicle for a nice test drive. They really worked with us on a few issues. We put a down payment and they told us they would check why the engine light came on. If it was something they could fix, we are going through with getting the cash to purchase, if it wasn't something they could fix we would get our deposit back! Very happy, hope the next steps go through just as smoothly. 2007 85,000 miles, $3000.

The Porsche that we just purchased less than a week ago. The check engine light came on a few days after purchase and the engine starting making a noise when you start the car. We took it to the Porsche dealer mechanic to get some maintenance services such as oil change, spark plugs, etc. I spent over $2500 on just factory service maintenance for the mileage on vehicle but when They checked it out and said that the catalytic converter is going bad and needs to be replaced as well as the engine timing belt needs to be sealed which means they would need to remove the entire engine to get to. They priced me to get that work done at over $20K which is well more than what we paid for that vehicle and is even worth at the mileage and age. I am a bit upset and disappointed that this happen because we just purchased less then a week ago and find out that this car is a lemon.nI understand this vehicle is purchased “as is” but I at this point believe that your company had the car since June 2020 and knew about these issues and sold it knowing it had a lot of issues. It may look good on the outside but has major issues going on the inside. I did not know that it was going to be that bad because it seemed like it drove fairly well. I am extremely frustrated with such lack of integrity. The reviews on this dealer were very good which is the only reason why I considered them came in and test drove vehicle then paid cash same day. I reached out to both salesman and sales manager and they ignored my email not even a phone call or reply. No integrity, Beware of shady deals! Everything that glitter is not Gold! I will never purchase from them again. If I could give it a -0 I would. No acceptable!

We had a great experience! Everyone was so nice, friendly, and patient with me. I was so happy to find the car I've been wanting :) The process was so easy, I had no idea what to expect because I've never bought a car from a lot before. I appreciate everyone there being so kind and helpful! I would definitely buy from A2Z Auto again!
