I always get a Vanilla Carmel Earl Grey Tea Latte. And today when I ordered, the lady who helped me was super nice and patient. I asked her name, and she said it’s Alex. She is very chipper and has a very nice vibe about her. Had a particularly rough day today so her patience and warmth definitely added a touch of light to my day. I highly recommend coming here. The flavors are delicious and everyone is kind. 10/10 Thank you!! ud83dude0a

I‘ve had lots of tea “lattes” and milk tea overseas made with high quality loose leaf/ingredients and they were strong with plenty of flavor. This was quite frankly not good at all. I couldn't taste any tea. Even after the cashier added more tea it still just tasted like watered down milk. When my already $7 latte turned into almost $8 I asked why and the cashier said whipped cream was extra. I said it doesn’t say there is an extra charge and the picture clearly shows the latte coming with whipped cream. I found this to be very sneaky and had her remove the charge. The cashier was nice but otherwise won’t be going back.

Quality of cup, cap, sleeve are all subpar. Not sure if the tea was hotter than it should. But with an extra cup around the first one and the sleeve. It is still too hot to hold. And cap keep on falling off.nnNot gonna go into tea too much, different people have different preference. But will not buy from it again.

My drink was 9$ for a large caramel apple latte with traditional boba . No whipped cream. That is outrageous!!!! Not even that price in NYC. Highway robbery. And it tasted horrible, I couldn’t even force myself to drink it, threw it in the garbage. It had no tea taste at all, just tasted like watered down milk with a nasty artificial apple and cinnamon taste

Amazing tea and wonderful service! Treat yourself to the Lavender Fog Latte or any of the iced teas. Hot cup of Campfire In a Cup is also a favourite.
