I know someone who rented from here for over three years. When she went to pick up her items, rats had eaten through the cushions of her sofa and droppings were in her dressers, cabinets and chairs. She was also shocked and sickened to find a dead rat on top of her couch. This company would not reimburse her for the thousands of dollars in ruined furniture - saying any destruction of her belonging was not their responsibility. She asked if they would help her regain some of her livelihood. The owners said absolutely not. She had spent over $3k with this company.
