Very simple process. Super friendly staff. Held a unit for me until I could get off work and sign the paperwork. Was in a pinch and really needed a place as soon as possible and they came through. Literally was in and out in no time and was not rushed on bit. Will be telling others about this great experience and will continue to stay. Only thought I was going to need unit for a few days but due to the great customer service and awesome rates I will be keeping this unit for quite a while. Keep up the great work.
We had a crisis at this Storage facility. I was pleased with how it was handle by the property manager (Mr. Jeff). I would recommend this facility to others and give it a five star rating. Just got a small storage space here today. The lady who checked me in was so friendly and helped me with procedures and suggestions. I love the 24 hour access and having someone living on site. Setting up auto pay was a snap and will be very convenient for me since I am a truck driver. I appreciate that I don’t have any worries about my belongings that I don’t need to carry with me all the time! Thanks for the great service and friendly smiles I got as a welcome!
