Impact Martial Arts

We signed up our 5 year old son to work out some extra energy during the winter and he loves it! This is the best money spent! He has been going for more than a year now and it has taught him so much about focus, respect and discipline. I love that he can go as many times as a week as he wants. Master Northrup is great with kids and all of the instructors work very hard to make sure all the kids are enjoying themselves and learning new techniques, etc. We researched many different martial arts schools, and this was the best for price, location and experience of instructors. Master Northrup has a very impressive resume that he does not brag about, but should! I have started taking classes too and am enjoying myself! Everyone is helpful and makes it fun. Highly recommend! *School has since relocated to East Washington Street*

I used the Groupon to try the 8 session package. I had no idea what to expect as I had never experienced martial arts. It was excellent.nnIt is very casual but equally serious. The instructor is friendly and communicates well, so that makes the classes that much more enjoyable. The Senior students were very helpful to me, a beginner, so I always felt comfortable learning the details of martial arts.nnThe instruction is great and the techniques of martial arts is rather amazing. The details make all the difference.nnThis can also be a great exercise/workout if you chose to make it that.nThanks for reading, Charlie

Impact Martial Arts is a great place to learn self defense and get some exercise. It is a safe, fun environment for kids and adults to learn martial arts.

Master Rus Nothup knows his stuff and knows how to make the experience fun, challenging, and very meaningful! While sticking to the core of TKD, he also includes elements from other styles to provide you with a very complete system. I've been going there two months with three of my kids and love it!
