This store is a joke. I'm not sure when it became acceptable to yell at customers when the stores system doesn't work. When cvs sends emails with coupons, and you try and use them and the store manager yells at you and embarrasses you. On another occasion the coupon machine was broken, and my elderly mother was unable to use her email coupon that she sent her card, right in front of him. the store manager embarrassed her and accused us of coupon fraud. How are we to print a coupon when the machine is broken. Why send coupons when they don't work? How rude to embarrass older adults who are not used to all the cvs card hoops. Also we are still in a pandemic. Cvs should be setting an example on how to wear a mask.

Channel whom works in the pharmacy was extremely rude. She hung up on me after asking her name due to her negative customer service. I then had my insurance provider call back to fix the issue and after being on this merge called Channel continued to speak over everyone, she was not interested in solving the issue, she even she was had nothing else to say during the call. Who does this? Especially when working in a customer service position!!! I hope that others do not have to be treated as Channel treated me. Times are crazy right now with this virus and we all should be working together with one another to solve any issues. It was VEDY CLEAR that Channel did not like her job and or other people/customer service or was having a bad day, so why is she working directly with your clients? Some people are not made to handle situations and Ms. Channel is not one of them.

Great pharmacy staff, quick pick up for medicine. Store staff is friendly, helpful, and check out its easy.

While I was shopping at the store one of the employees kept following me around, and as soon as she wanted me to leave she grabbed my basket and took it up front like she wanted me to get out. So do to that rudeness I had to take the time out to write a review because I'm tired of all this bad customer service around here on the east side of Indianapolis. The ladies name at this location is Debbie, and I don't even like doing this type of thing, but that was rude. I can't blame race because we're both white. So I don't know why she was following me.
